On July 25, the Chicagoland Apartment Association will host an event titled “Navigating HUD’s Disparate Impact rule.” Industry professionals will discuss the rule that will force the apartment industry to review rental policies and practices, especially in the areas of occupancy limitations, resident screening and Section 8 voucher policies. The event will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Roosevelt University.
Hear from Chicagoland Apartment Association (CAA) Board President, Greg Lozinak, Waterton Residential, Greg Brown, Senior Vice President of Government Affairs, National Apartment Association (NAA) and Jeanne McGlynn Delgado, Vice President of Business and Risk Management Policy, National Multi Housing Council (NMHC).
