The National Association of Realtors (NAR) will be presenting its Asia/Pacific and International Real Estate class Oct. 10 at the Chicago Association of Realtors, 200 S. Michigan Ave. in Chicago from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The class is part of their five-class Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) Institute, which runs at the association from Oct. 8 to 12. The classes are designed to teach Realtors how they can globalize their business and profit from the growing international buyer pool.
Students can sign up for the full CIPS institute (all five days of classes), or they can sign up for the individual courses. Taking all five courses fulfills the classroom requirements for the CIPS designation.
Cost for the full institute (all five classes) is $599, while individual classes are $145.
