On Tuesday, October 18th, Del Webb will be hosting a Fall Festival of Homes at its Edgewater location. The event will take place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The Festival will include a complimentary lunch and dessert for all in attendance. Lunches and maps will be handed out at the sales center. All of the homes to be viewed are move-in ready.

For agents whose clients purchase a brand new Del Webb Edgewater home by October 31st, Apple gift cards and 3 percent commission rates will be offered.

Edgewater by Del Webb is an active adult community locate on the west side of Elgin. Edgewater is a gated community with just over 1,000 homes spread across 440 acres.
