Jamie Simpson truly loves working with people, whether they are first time homebuyers, families or retired clients. He finds deep satisfaction in knowing he can assist all these individuals in reaching their goals. Ranked nationally in the top 200 by the Scotsman Guide, Simpson has found the perfect balance with his strong abilities as a mortgage originator and a strong support system within Guaranteed Rate. “I believe what sets us apart is our ability to provide the best programs available in the country and the ability to get those loans closed. We have the best marketing, underwriting, IT and closing departments in the country. I get a sense of pride when my daughters tell their friends that ‘daddy helps people buy homes for their families.” Simpson adds that he wouldn’t be able to do his job well, however, without his “fantastic” sales assistant.

In the future, he plans to continue to build his business and continue to learn from industry leaders. Simpson has been a member of the company’s President’s Club since 2005. Another perk of his career is he has enough free time to chaperone his six-year-old twin daughters’ field trips, escape to Canada with his family for fishing trips, and read about the American Revolution, the Civil War and World Wars I and II.
