Lizette Delgado has joined Coldwell Banker’s Groves office.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage announced that Realtor Lizette Delgado is now affiliated with their Groves office.

Delgado comes to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage with two-and-a-half years of real estate experience. She will specialize in first-time homebuyers, luxury properties and foreclosures. Delgado will be serving Long Grove, Hawthorn Woods, Kildeer, Lake Zurich, Buffalo Grove, Arlington Heights and Palatine.

Shane Vetter has joined Coldwell Banker’s Libertyville office.

Additionally, Coldwell Banker announced that Realtor Shane Vetter is now affiliated with their Libertyville office.

Vetter comes to Coldwell Banker with almost two years of real estate experience and over 15 years of knowledge in the residential and construction markets. Specializing in luxury homes, short sales, foreclosures and more, Vetter will primarily serve Fox River and Chain-O-Lakes properties, as well as Lake, McHenry and Kane County areas.
