Craig Hogan is the new vice president of luxury marketing for Coldwell Banker.

Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC today announced Craig Hogan as its vice president of luxury marketing. Hogan joins the Coldwell Banker brand with 20 years of real estate sales and marketing experience, most recently as director of the Coldwell Banker Previews International program for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Chicago and surrounding regions.

“I’ll be overlooking and working with all of the Luxury Marketing Plans, and working with the development of many different sectors in the Coldwell Banker International program, the public relations, advertising, events, social media strategy, etc.,” Hogan explained to Chicago Agent in an interview. “Before, I was working at the local level, but in my new job, I’ll be doing the same thing internationally.”

Hogan will report to Coldwell Banker Real Estate Chief Marketing Officer Sean Blankenship and be responsible for the oversight of all luxury marketing efforts tied into Coldwell Banker Previews International. Coldwell Banker has approximately 88,000 agents in 3,000 offices in 43 countries around the world.

“We have known and admired Craig in his previous role as director of the Coldwell Banker Previews International program for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Chicago and the surrounding regions,” Blankenship said. “He has been an active participant at the national level with us and works closely with agents as a Previews trainer. Craig comes to us with established relationships with some of the top sales professionals around the world, inside and outside of the Coldwell Banker brand, and has a proven track record to list and market trophy properties, including the Ritz-Carlton Residences on Chicago’s Miracle Mile.”

Hogan has served in his previous role since Jan. 2012, after joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in 2007. Prior to joining the firm, Hogan served as the managing broker for the 125-agent Keller Williams’ Gold Coast office in Chicago. He began his real estate career as an agent in 1996 and has won numerous industry awards for his work in local real estate and charitable organizations.

Hogan says that of all the job’s characteristics, he’s most excited about the travel it will allow.

“I’d lie if I didn’t say the traveling!” he said. “I’d say travelling is about 50 percent of the job.”
