Chicago Title Insurance Company has announced the promotions of two executives and the addition of a new account manager in the company’s residential real estate services division.

Greg Kenner was promoted to vice president and Chicago area manager. In his new position, Kenner will oversee all operations for the company’s offices in Chicago’s Loop and North Side areas. He joined the company in 2002 and was most recently the vice president and sales manager for the company. Kenner received his bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University.

Vince Hearn was promoted to vice president and sales manager. In his new position, Hearn will  be in charge of the sales of the company’s services to residential clients throughout the Chicago area. He joined Chicago Title in 2008 and was most recently a sales executive. Hearn graduated with his bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University.

Dan Halperin joined the company as an executive account manager. Halperin will direct sales of the company’s services to clients in two Chicago suburbs, Northbrook and Skokie. Halperin was a senior specialist for Salesforce. He earned both his bachelor’s degree and juris doctor degree from the University of Illinois.
