Heather Gustafson, formerly of Compass, is launching Franklin Rose Real Estate Advisory, a consultancy for real estate developers.

Agents Mireille Sabatini and Chris Dewilde have joined Coldwell Banker Realty in the Western suburbs. Sabatini will operate in Hinsdale, while Dewilde focuses on Oak Brook Terrace.

The ZK Group, a top-producing team covering Oak Park, River Forest and Forest Park, has affiliated with @properties Christie’s International Real Estate.

The IKGroup, led by Ivona Kutermankiewicz and Karen Ranquist, has affiliated with Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty (JSIR). Previously, the team was with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Chicago.

Rebecca Thomson will serve as Coldwell Banker Realty’s national vice president of education. Robert “Bob” Burns will step back into the regional vice president, Central West role.

Eileen Tomsheck was promoted to the role of vice president of Fort Dearborn Title, the affiliated title company of BHHS Chicago.

Laura Thon has been promoted to assistant managing broker for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago’s West Region.

Eileen Andersen has joined The Federal Savings Bank as regional senior vice president. She’s worked in the mortgage industry since 1996 and, most recently, served as vice president of market growth at New American Funding.

Craig Achtzehn has joined The Money Store as area sales manager. In that role he will focus on achieving personal production growth while driving company strategy.

Bobbitt will lead offices in Downers Grove, Glen Ellyn, Hinsdale and La Grange.

Terri Doney has joined JSIR as managing broker of the Hinsdale office. Recently, she spent 10 years at BHHS Chicago.
