Those who throw stones need not apply! This modern three-bedroom home recently hit the market recently in Berkeley, California, for $1.8 million. Built in 1954 by architect Donald Olsen, who lived in the home until his death in 2015, it’s listed on the National Register for Historic Places. The trees that have grown since its original construction block views of the San Francisco Bridge, so the home provides a sense of seclusion while still being close to the city.
