Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Chicago announced today it has acquired the assets of Century 21 McMullen in Chicago.

Century 21 McMullen, which has served the Chicagoland area since 1945, has 200 affiliated agents and will now conduct business under the banner of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. The company will remain at its office at 6400 N Northwest Hwy in Norwood Park.

Barry E. Paoli, owner and managing broker of Century 21 McMullen, will affiliate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage as the managing broker of the newly acquired office.

This is the third acquisition by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in the Chicagoland area in two months. The company acquired Groebe Real Estate in Palos Heights last week and Chicagoland Realty Services in the West Loop of Chicago in July.

“This acquisition further strengthens our foothold in Northwest Chicago and reinforces our commitment to serving buyers and sellers throughout the community,” says Fran Broude, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. “Barry and the talented group of real estate agents have built an outstanding reputation in this diverse marketplace based on providing superior service, and we look forward to working with them.

“Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is known for its ingenuity and initiative. We are confident that our agents will greatly benefit from the innovative tools and technology that will now be available to them,” adds Barry E. Paoli, president of Century 21 McMullen. “We look forward to helping them build their book of business even further and ultimately better serving their clients and customers in an increasingly competitive real estate environment.”
