Realtor Leo Koulouris was recently named "Realtor of the Year" by The Three Rivers Association of Realtors.

New Lenox-based Realtor Leo Koulouris of RE/MAX All Properties can add another milestone to his career as he was recently named “Realtor of the Year” by the Three Rivers Association of Realtors.

Koulouris received the recognition during the Illinois Association of Realtors’ annual banquet in Springfield on March 28.

Koulouris, who joined the RE/MAX family in 1994, has played an active role in The Three Rivers Association of Realtors’ history. He initially started as a member of the group’s board of directors in 2005, and became its president in 2010. In addition, he is also a member of the Mainstreet Association of Realtors and serves on Professional Standards.

Koulouris said that he was humbled to have been awarded the honor of “Realtor of the Year” by the association, and felt that through the course of his 20 years as a Realtor, he had done something right.
