K. Hovnanian Homes will celebrate the grand opening of Regency Estates in St. Charles on Saturday, Aug. 20, 2011.
K. Hovnanian will build 44 single-family homes at the site. One-third of the homes overlook the Kane County forest preserve woodlands while other homes back up to open space. Lastly, land within the community has remained untouched for the future development of a park.
The Regency is one of four new designs to be unveiled at Regency Estates. This home model features two-story homes with 2,131 to 3,044 square feet of space, three or four bedrooms and lofts, two and two-and-a-half baths, full basements, two-car garages, and open layouts. The builders made sure to use a classic architectural style to give the community an established feel, according to a press release. The base price for these homes range from $259,95 to $334,995.
