Kendra Green, Broker Associate

Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty

Kendra Green’s passion for real estate started in her younger years while visiting open houses with her grandmother. Her parents built their house from the ground up, and this memory is what shaped her passion for new construction. “I love everything about new construction,” says Green, a broker associate with Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty.

Experience making decisions throughout the life of the project gives Green a competitive edge. “Getting involved early in the process allows me to assist developers in maximizing the return on their investment,” she says. Having this knowledge and experience on the development side, Green knows exactly what to look for in resale properties, guiding her clients as they navigate the buying and selling process. She works closely with the team’s new developments while maintaining buyer and seller clients in Pilsen and Bridgeport and on the North and West sides of Chicago.

“I pride myself on making sure clients feel cared for and that their needs are a top priority,” Green says. “I treat my clients as if they are family. As a matter of fact, several past clients have become close friends.”

She and teammate Jennifer Liu recently closed out a 34-unit townhome project, a development Green worked on from start to finish. The team itself ranks among the top 15 teams at the company and has in excess of $300 million in sales for more than 800 units.

Green began her career at the largest residential leasing firm in Chicago and made its list of top 10 producers her first year. She remained in the top 5, completing more than 270 leases, before moving on to residential sales.

Passionate about food and fitness, Green earned a degree in dietetics and kinesiology from Purdue University. She has volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters and Girls on the Run. In her free time, Green likes to explore Chicago with her husband, and they are expecting their first child this summer.
