Vulic was born and raised in Chicago and his love for real estate started at a young age. Vulic’s family always had interest in the industry, so “real estate talk” was the norm at family gatherings. He attended Loyola University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in management and marketing. Vulic then worked as a category specialist for a food service company. In his free time, he earned his real estate license, built a stable business and pursued his true passion of becoming a full-time broker.
With more than four years of experience as a broker, Vulic was recently awarded the President’s Circle Award by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. In his first few years as an agent, he led his previous brokerage in both sales volume and units sold. Vulic was also recently nominated to be featured in Top Agent Magazine. In addition to his high sales volume and multiple recognitions, Vulic is a certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert, Seller Representative Specialist, Accredited Buyer’s Representative and Pricing Strategy Advisor.

When Vulic is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball with his friends and traveling.
