The Illinois State Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR) hosted a dinner Oct. 1 celebrating the installation of its 2014 officers. The event was held at the Pheasant Run Resort in St. Charles. In addition to welcoming the new executive team, guests enjoyed a delicious entree of their preference .
