The Orland Park branch of Keller Williams Preferred Realty is proud to announce the addition of Timothy Branigan. He will be joining the team as an independent contracted broker.
Branigan brings 20 years of marketing and advertising experience to Keller Williams. He earned a B.A. from Notre Dame University, and an M.B.A. in Marketing and Advertising from Loyola University of Chicago. He worked at Leo Burnett and Starcom MediaVest Group, and did marketing for several Fortune 500 companies, including McDonalds, Kellogg, and and Allstate. He also held jobs with Court TV and ABC Television. In 2007, he created and ran his own company, IMPACT Marketing Plus, for three years.
Branigan’s sister and cousin are Realtors for Keller Williams on the east coast, and they influenced him to pursue a career in real estate.
“They said that with my marketing skills and outgoing personality, I would make a good fit as a Realtor,” he said.
Branigan specializes in finding homes in the Southern suburbs, including New Lennox, Frankfort, Joliet, Manhattan, Tinley Park and Orland Park. Branigan spent the majority of his life in the Southern suburbs and currently lives in Frankfort, his home of 18 years. He is looking very forward to helping others find their homes in the Chicagoland area.
“This may sound cheesy, but I want to tell people, ‘Let me help you make your dreams come true,’” Branigan said. He adds that with mortgages being at an all-time low, it is easier than ever for people to actually “pursue their dreams.”
“The housing market is really strong right now and a lot of people don’t realize it,” he said. “Now is a really good time to buy.”
