Richard Similio recently joined Sibley Partners as director of commercial brokerage, specializing in the representation for acquisition, leasing and disposition of commercial properties, with a focus on multi-family investment properties.

Previous to Sibley Partners, Richard was a broker associate with New West Realty, where he specialized in the sales and marketing of new construction residential developments on the city’s south and west side. He sold at many of New West and client-developed communities, including Ivy Hall at University Village, University Station, West Village Homes, Autumn Green at Midway Village, Beverly Place and 15th St. Lofts.

Over a three year period, Richard was responsible for selling over $31 million worth of property, totaling 85 units. In 2005, Richard was named ‘Rookie of the Year’ at New West Realty.
