Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage recently announced the addition of Eric Smith to its Hyde Park office.

Smith, who earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Howard University, spent a semester studying at Hautes Etudes Commercial in Paris while finishing up his MBA from UCLA. While in France, Smith developed an interest in international real estate, and he believes adding Coldwell Banker to his 15 years of real estate experience will further aid the creation of his international brand.

“I chose Coldwell Banker for its location in Hyde Park as well as their international presence,” Smith said. “I believe working with Coldwell Banker will help build my brand internationally.”

Despite Smith’s interest in international real estate, Natalie Carpenter, manager of the Hyde Park office, said local clients should expect nothing but the best from a veteran agent like Smith.
