Prudential Starck and Prudential First Realty Merge

by Chicago Agent

By Carlo Calma

Andy Starck, president/CEO of Prudential Starck, Realors has announced that his brokerage has merged its operations with Prudential First Realty in an Aug. 7 press release.

The merger will bring together Prudential Starck’s 11 offices and Prudential First Realty’s four offices, while still operating under their current names. The company will be headquartered in Palatine.

Prudential Starck, which currently has over 400 sales associates, operates offices in Algonquin, Belvidere, Bloomingdale, Carol Stream, Elgin, Mount Prospect, Naperville, Palatine, Rockford, Saint Charles and Schaumburg. Prudential First Realty, on the other hand, has approximately 89 agents scattered throughout the northern suburbs of Crystal Lake, Harvard, McHenry and Woodstock.

Starck and Darrell Little, president of Prudential First Realty, both agreed that their partnership will further strengthen their presence throughout Chicago’s suburban real estate market.

“For years, our associates have helped [hundreds] of clients in McHenry County without the presence of a physical office. Now it gets even easier to help them.” said Starck.

Though Little acknowledged that he and Starck have been long-time “friendly competitors,” he shared the same sentiment and explained that there was logic in their decision to come together.

“Since we are both Prudential affiliates, it just made a lot of sense to be one company,” he said. “Our presence in, and ability to serve, McHenry County is now even stronger.”
