Lori Cox of the North Shore Barrington Association of Realtors (NSBAR) will be instructing a course that will explore the many activities that fill the day of a real estate licensee, how to make proper agency disclosures and appropriate behavior determined by written disclosure.
The course, worth three hours of continuing education credit, is focused on the responsibility licensees have of written agency disclosure when working with new clients.
The course will take place on December 9th at 450 Skokie Boulevard, building 1200, in Northbrook, and will last from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Registration fees are $39 for NSBAR members and $54 for non-members.
