Mesa Development unveils new model residences at The Legacy as the building nears sellout

On Tuesday, June 23 two new model residences were opened at The Legacy at Millennium Park. Located in Chicago’s Loop, the 72-story high-rise’s new models feature two- and three-bedroom residences available in the building.

Overlooking Millennium Park, Lake Michigan and downtown Chicago, The Legacy features a total of 355 luxury condominiums, of which only 40 remain available for purchase. These available homes have prices ranging from $692,000 to $2.15 million. Floor plans range from 1,342 to 2,436 square feet. Garage parking is available from $55,000 to $70,000 per space.

Designed by Chicago-based interior design firm Mary Cook Associates, the models showcase The Legacy’s Park and Skyline residences in tiers 01 and 03, located on floors 16 through 40. The 01 tier is located on the northeast side of the building, while the 03 tier is on the south side.
