Kleban Promoted To Co-Managing Broker Position

Realtor Barbara Kleban has stepped into the role of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage's co-managing broker position for their Evanston offices.

Realtor Barbara Kleban has been promoted to the position of Co-Managing Broker of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s two Evanston-based offices, according to a June 19 press release.

The announcement comes from several of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s dignitaries including President and COO of the brokerage, Fran Broude; North Shore Regional Vice President Patrick O’Rourke; and current Managing Broker Cornelia Steffes.

Kleban will co-manage the two Evanston-based offices with Steffes, which currently has a team of 112 licensed brokers. Kleban has four years of realtor experience under her belt, undertaking various roles at the Coldwell Banker family. In 2010, she transitioned into the role of coaching North Shore and city agents to grow their business through the use of online marketing, social media and various technology tools, which she hopes to bring to her new position.

“Working with real estate brokers to grow their business has become one of my passions,” said Kleban. “I plan to continue this work, expanding the Evanston offices with new and experienced sales associates who are looking to springboard to the next level in their careers.”

In addition to her duties at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Kleban also makes time to blog for Chicago Agent magazine.
