Coldwell Banker is pleased to announce that two of their agents will be holding new positions this year. Realtor Karen Renella will now be associated with the Evanston-Central office. And broker Jamie Roth of the Highland Park office has been elected to the North Shore – Barrington Association of Realtors (NSBAR) Board of Directors and Chair of the Grievance Committee for 2013-14.
Karen Renella Joins Coldwell Banker Evanston Branch
Renella brings 20 years of experience to Coldwell Banker, specializing in luxury homes, single-family homes, condos, short-sales and foreclosures. As a former marketing specialist with both a BPOR and a SFR designation, she educates her clients on the entire real estate process.
“Karen is an accomplished real estate leader and it is a privilege to welcome her to our office,” said Barbara Haran, manager of the Evanston-Central office.
When not focused on real estate, Renella enjoys traveling, volunteering and spending time with her family and friends.
Jamie Roth Joins NSBAR Board of Directors
With over 3,200 members and two staff offices, NSBAR represents real estate licensees and others with an interest in real estate. The organization allows participants to assist in expanding professionalism within the industry through advocacy and promotion of private property rights. As Chair of the Grievance Committee, Roth will oversee preliminary evaluations of all ethical complaints and arbitrations.
