Margie Brooks began her career as a Baird & Warner agent in 1994. By 1996, she was a top-producing agent on the North Shore. She has been a top producer consistently since then. Her success stems from her passion to be the best at what she does.
Her work ethic, talent and ability to facilitate a deal has made her a role model for many agents. In 2004, her husband joined her business, initially trying to relieve her workload, but they have since grown the business with the addition of their daughter.
Under Brooks’ leadership, Brooks and Company continues to lead the North Shore real estate market in sales. She is also a championship golfer, an advanced skier and a competitive swimmer. She loves animals and is a sponsor of the Wood River Animal Shelter.
