1. Listings – 69 percent upload the maximum amount of photos allowed to the MLS (25)

2. Showings – Only 19.05 percent attend every showing; 59.52 percent of respondents attend less than 50 percent of showings

3. Assistants – 80.95 percent have an assistant

4. Experience – 35.72 percent had been in real estate for more than 25 years
