M/I Homes Host Special Events for Arlington Heights, Stableford and Mayfair Communities
After a successful grand opening celebration in August, M/I Homes is hosting a second round of special events for single-family home buyers at Arlington Market in Arlington Heights and Stableford in Willowbrook and townhome buyers at Phase II of Mayfair in Naperville. The events will take place on Saturday, Oct. 4, from 2 to 6 p.m in the sales center and decorated models for each of the three featured communities.
Prospective buyers the have the opportunity to tour new model homes, meet with new home consultants and enjoy complimentary refreshments. At 4 p.m. an iPad mini will be raffled off at each event. M/I Homes welcomes interested buyers as well as those who already attended the August grand opening events to come back and bring their friends and family to see the communities.

Lincoln Park Builders of Chicago Annual Real Estate Forum
On Thursday, November 6, Lincoln Park Builders of Chicago will host its 26th annual Real Estate Forum. Chicago residential and commercial real estate markets will be explored from all angles. The forum will be held at Germania Place, located at 108 W. Germania Pl. from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. Dinner and an open bar will be provided.

Roosevelt University 13th Annual Real Estate Gala
On Thursday, Nov. 13, Roosevelt University will host its 13th Annual Real Estate Gala, located at the Four Seasons Hotel. President of Structured Development, LLC., J. Michael Drew, will be honored at the event with the Lifetime Industry Leadership Award. Howard A. Tullman, CEO of 1871 is the keynote speaker for this event.
Cocktail hour will begin at 5:30 p.m. with dinner to follow at 6:45 p.m. Individual registration for the event is $50o and additional table guests will cost $500 each. All proceeds benefit the student and industry education programs of the Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate.
