“My training never stops. I’m always attending seminars and reading what’s new within the industry,” Ryan D’Aprile, managing broker of d’aprile properties, says. A dedication to top-level expertise in real estate, as well as a devotion to training and educating his agents, has helped Ryan reach his success. His favorite part of his career is teaching and coaching his agents to cultivate habits that build a successful career, supporting their decisions and lending a listening ear when needed.

“I believe our brokers are our customers,” Ryan says. “Our company values are ‘people first,’ ‘keep moving’ and ‘do what’s right.’ These values drive the relationships we build with our clients, team members and business partners, creating an environment where team members are just as determined to assist each other as they are to satisfy the clients. New agents in our firm think I’m kidding when I tell them I’ll lose more sleep over their business than they will.”

Ryan’s future goals include expansion – d’aprile properties currently has offices in Chicago, Hinsdale and Michigan City, Ind., but he’s also setting his sights on Fox Valley, Arlington Heights and Lake Geneva, Wisc. When he can, he loves to spend quality time with his wife and three daughters.
