Hayes has roots in both the real estate and building industry. Growing up, she helped her family in the construction and building business, equipping her with skills from reading blueprints to identifying different types of brick. After being exposed to the industry for many years, making the transition to real estate sales came naturally.

Having lived in the Gold Coast for nearly a decade, Hayes brings her thorough understanding of the local housing market to her many clients in the Gold Coast, River North, Streeterville, Lincoln Park and Lakeview neighborhoods.
