Leigh Marcus

Real Estate Broker
@properties

Leigh Marcus prides himself on exceeding client expectations. Though he may promise the world, he is known for his raving client reviews on Zillow.com. Marcus was @properties’ top seller in the city in 2016, helping 163 families to move on to the next stage of their life and into a new home.

Marcus is adept at selling homes in tricky circumstances, such as handling multiple offers and selling over list price. He has a median market time of 21 days and a 98 percent median list-to-sale price ratio. Marcus also delivers on the intangibles, because he understands that clients want much more than just a home sale from their agent. “They expect a top-notch experience to go with it,” he says.

Marcus says it’s his thoughtfulness, attentiveness and responsiveness that prompt his clients to refer him over and over again. He works to provide every client with transparent communication, employs technology and stays ahead of the industry curve.

Marcus’ team of experienced and licensed assistants helps him achieve results behind the scenes. “The people I have in place who help support our clients are my biggest business accomplishment,” Marcus said. “I’m very proud of the level of service my team provides.”

After graduating from Indiana University with a degree in psychology, Marcus began his career at IBM in technology sales, where he honed his communication skills. His path then led him to real estate, where he feels that his business acumen and commitment to following through on his promises have helped make him a leader in the industry. Now with over 12 years of real estate experience and over $300 million in sales, Marcus’ signs are a common fixture in front yards across the city.

Marcus’s wife Lindsey supports his team as his business manager. “Lindsey is my rock,” Marcus says. The two of them have three daughters and enjoy working hard, playing with the kids and trying to keep everything in balance.
