Real Estate Broker
Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty

In Kevin Kelly, his clients find a winning trifecta: he’s a financial expert, a life-long Chicagoan and a top-selling Realtor. He even earned a spot on HGTV’s “House Hunters,” where he helped a couple relocate in downtown Chicago.

Kelly has a degree in finance and was a financial advisor at Morgan Stanley, where he achieved his stock trading license (general securities representative). He was trained extensively in financial markets, investments, mortgages and managing client assets. Now with 12 years of residential real estate experience under his belt, Kelly utilizes his negotiating skills, financial background and market knowledge to deliver excellent service to his clients.

Born and raised in Chicago, Kelly loves his hometown and working with clients in the South Loop, Lakeview, Lincoln Park, River North and the Gold Coast. Kelly is a third-generation Chicagoan. He proudly serves on the real estate committee at De La Salle Institute, his alma mater. This 128-year-old high school counts five mayors of Chicago among its alumni.

Kelly has several accolades under his belt, including receiving the Outstanding Sales Achievement Award from the Chicago Association of Realtors with over $10 million in individual purchases and sales. The secret to his success? “My business is built on word of mouth,” Kelly says. “My clients across the board will say that I go above and beyond for customer service.” As a matter of fact, his clients frequently note his honesty, professionalism and personal integrity. His business motto is “Finding real estate solutions one relationship at a time.”

In his spare time, Kelly supports the Realtors Political Action Committee to help protect his clients’ interests. He enjoys renovating real estate as a hobby and is a lifelong baseball player. He also enjoys golfing, bike riding, weightlifting and exploring Chicago’s diverse neighborhoods.
