Debora McKay has been a top producer and dominant force in the real estate industry for almost 20 years. A broker and team leader at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in St. Charles, she specializes in listing and selling a wide range of residential properties including investment properties and vacant land, largely within the greater Fox Valley region.
Over the past two years, McKay has sold 10 of the 13 highest priced homes in St. Charles and has been ranked as the top producing agent in Kane County since 2013. As part of the top 1 percent of Coldwell Banker agents in the country, Mc is a member of the President’s Premier Club, as well as the International President’s Premier Club. She has also been named one of the top 20 agents in Chicagoland for four consecutive years and has received a number of other regional and company-wide awards.
Debora is a veteran of the hospitality industry and sets a high bar for customer service. “My priority has always been to offer my clients the highest level of personal service, market knowledge and integrity,” she says. Priding herself and her team on their ability to completely serve each clients’ need throughout the entire process, she notes that “everyone on our staff treats each seller and buyer as if they are the highest priority they have.”
As a longtime resident of St. Charles, McKay’s experience and firsthand knowledge of the local market helps ensure a smooth and seamless transaction from its inception through conclusion. “Clients want to work with people who love what they do,” she says. “And that’s what I do on a daily basis.”
In addition to being a broker, McKay holds the ABR, CDPE, CLHMS, CRS, Certified Relocation Specialist and Previews Specialist designations. She is also an active supporter of the Ronald McDonald Foundation, the American Heart Association, CASA and local animal shelters. When she’s not working, McKay enjoys spending time with her family and friends, dining and traveling.
