Cristy Trepachko

Managing Broker
Chase Real Estate

Cristy Trepachko serves the entirety of Chicagoland, from the Wisconsin border to the Indiana border, focusing on clients interested in investment properties. Last year, Trepachko, who is a managing broker at Chase Real Estate, sold 275 properties for a sales volume of more than $45 million. “I help them through the whole process, buying, fixing and reselling the home,” she says. “I have both local and out-of-state investors. It’s a relationship because they buy from me again and again.” In the first quarter of 2017, she ranked as one of the Top 20 agents in sales in Chicagoland.

“My clients tell me they trust me,” Trepachko says, “which is really important when you are guiding them on how to invest their money.” She also credits her success to her steadfast dedication. “I’m with the investors through the whole process,” she says. “I don’t just sell them a home and wish them good luck and hope everything goes OK.”

Trepachko thinks her dedication to honesty has even rubbed off on her 9-year-old daughter, who just received an award for being the “most trustworthy” student at her school. Indeed, when Trepachko isn’t assisting investors in finding the right property, she enjoys spending time with her family.

Despite her clear success in the industry, Trepachko is striving to learn more and more each and every year. “I have very successful mentors and friends that I work with and strive to be like,” she says. “I feel incredibly blessed to work beside Christian Chase. I have learned so much from him and the Chase Real Estate system. We grow our business a little more each year.” Trepachko says she has surrounded herself with an amazing team that supports her. She also believes that success comes from taking a personal interest in clients’ outcomes. “I think my success has also come from the fact that I care about the results my clients have,” she says. “If they aren’t successful, then I’m not successful, and they won’t come back and work with us again.”
