Alessandro Madonia has taken to real estate like a fish to water. As the senior mortgage advisor at Peoples Home Equity Inc., Madonia works with a wide range of clients within the Chicagoland area, including first-time buyers, investors and current homeowners and specializes in FHA, VA, jumbo and Conventional loans.

Although he has 11 years of experience in real estate, Madonia started his professional career at age 18 as an assistant bank manager, before getting into the mortgage industry the following year. Since then, his work ethic has continued to propel him forward. Madonia’s eagerness to excel has only proven itself to be an asset.

“By taking advantage of additional opportunities that have presented themselves to me, I was allowed to develop further business relationships that are now developing into long-lasting relationships with some wonderful referral partners with enormous potential for additional volume in 2017 and beyond,” he says.

Much of Madonia’s success in the field comes from the care he takes with clients and his pride in guiding people through the process of making large investments, a fact apparent in his status as a Five Star Zillow Lender with more than 100 client reviews. “Meeting such great people along the way and developing friendships is one of the main reasons why I love my job,” he says. Madonia was also awarded Five Star Chicago Mortgage Professional awards in 2014, 2015 and 2017.

Madonia is quick to add that he couldn’t have achieved his business goals without his team at Peoples Home Equity, Inc., saying that his ability to close loans within two weeks is a byproduct of an excellent in-house support system. “With a wonderful team behind me, I am able to to make every transaction as smooth as possible,” he says.

When Madonia is not at the office, he is an active volunteer within his community. He collects money for Misericordia, walks for diabetes and helps out with Keller Williams Red Day by packaging food and doing community service within the surrounding neighborhoods. In his spare time, he enjoys running, golfing, playing soccer and spending time with his family.
