CHI Properties Group at Keller Williams Preferred Realty

Industry veteran Stephany Oliveros recently joined Keller Williams Preferred Realty, recognizing an opportunity to provide an even higher level of care to her clients. She is proud of her team at CHI Properties Group, which includes Angelie Andry and Kay Pascual, relatives with whom she grew up with. Stephany’s entrepreneurial spirit and relentless determination have earned her an outstanding record that speaks for itself. She currently ranks among the Chicago Association of Realtors’ top 1 percent of producers, a distinction she has held each year since 2011, and holds a designation as a Certified International Property Specialist. Stephany earned the Chicago Association of Realtors bronze award in 2015 for her stellar professional achievements.

Stephany and her team approach each opportunity with candor, pragmatism, and a critical eye. “We analyze clients’ needs and tailor our services to meet their specific real estate goals,” she explains, and Kay, a buyer specialist, agrees. “I was previously a banker at one of the country’s leading financial institutions, so I had to help clients assess their current needs against their future goals,” she says. “That experience helped me build meaningful relationships rooted in trust and the shared desire to grow their assets. I bring this same approach to our team’s work.”

Operations Manager Angelie also brings a financial services background to CHI Properties Group: she honed her analytical skills and experience with compliance and operational improvements working with one of Chicago’s largest money managers. “I make certain we use the latest technologies and strategies so each transaction is a great experience for the people we serve,” she says. “Ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes allows our team members to focus on what they do best: Help people buy and sell homes.”

Stephany volunteers with the Union League Boys & Girls Club Chicago, and gives back to the industry through board membership in the Asian Real Estate Association of America and the Chicago Association of Realtors Young Professionals Network. Stephany believes in being flexible and having a learning-based mindset to adapt to the ever- changing market. Collectively, the group believes in building meaningful relationships, treating clients like family and focusing on exceptional client experience.
