She ranks No. 17 out of 140,000 Keller Williams agents worldwide for units sold in 2015, with 336 transaction sides totaling $73 million in gross sales volume. She also ranks No. 127 nationally for closed transactions according to the Wall Street Journal and REAL Trends, putting her in the top one- half of 1 percent of the 1.1 million Realtors in the U.S.

As a result, Keller Williams honored her in 2015 for mid-region top group units and gross commission income, and named her a top producer for units sold and sales volume. Bank of America has also recognized her with its A List award, and her team has placed rst companywide for units closed. “I’ve sold everything from Girl Scout cookies to magazines and even had a newspaper route, and I’m thankful every job I’ve ever had has prepared me for where I am today.”

A former corporate recruiter and vice president at a European food brokerage, Amy now primarily serves motivated sellers, while her team works closely with buyers. Her team also executes more than 100 rental transactions each year. “We’re committed to 5-star service and honesty from start to nish,” Amy says.

“I turn down at least 25 percent of listing requests because there are times I know we aren’t going to accomplish the seller’s goal. When it comes to marketing and pricing, if we’re really being honest, I’d rather not take on their listing than disappoint them by making false promises.”

Amy holds numerous designations, including Builder Trade-In Specialist, Certified Negotiation Expert, Certified Residential Specialist, Seniors Real Estate Specialist and Transnational Referral Certi cation. She is the only Chicagoland agent to be endorsed by real estate mogul and famed negotiator Barbara Corcoran of the hit TV show “Shark Tank.” As Amy explains, “We keep 40 to 60 percent of our listings under contract at all times, which means we don’t just list properties – we also get them sold.”

Amy’s team donates a portion of each transaction to charities like St. Jude’s, Kids Can, KW Cares and Meals on Wheels. “It’s not how much money we make, but how many lives we change with it,” she says. She hopes to impact her own children’s lives by taking them around the world. “I was fortunate to move across the globe at 19 years old, so I want them to see how other people live and discover their own gifts and inspirations in the process,” Amy says. “I’m grateful to do what I love and I want my children to know that they can, too – the world is a big place.
