Heather Gustafson knows all about luxury. After all, her professional experience includes working with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, one of the world’s leading luxury brands. Participating in its famous sales training program prepared her to deliver the outstanding customer service that her clients have to come to both expect and appreciate. For her, inspiration comes from not only helping individuals and families find a place to call home, but also from showcasing the extraordinary architecture we see in Chicagoland’s residential properties. She specializes in both the Chicago and Hinsdale markets – her recent move to Hinsdale with her family last summer has considerably raised visibility for @properties in the western suburbs.

Describing herself as “service-oriented” and “friendly,” Gustafson is one of the most sought after experts in new construction sales and marketing, and collaborates closely with developers, buyers and sellers. With more than $250 million in career sales, one of her greatest achievements was selling out Basecamp River North, a 48-unit row home development that sold in less than four months prior to breaking ground. “It’s very important to price appropriately for the market when supporting developers, and it’s equally important to devise customized creative marketing strategies that meet their needs,” Gustafson says. Being among the most experienced and knowledgeable new construction brokers in our area, she is able to use her strong skills and enthusiasm to make a valuable impact while doing what she loves every day.

Gustafson is a Past President of the Chicago Women’s Council of Realtors, which previously honored her as its Member of the Year, and in 2016 she will chair the Chicago Association of Realtors Education Foundation. Her civic engagement also includes serving on the Hinsdale Community Preschool Board, which offers her the opportunity to connect even more deeply with the community in which she works and lives. “My family is my greatest motivator, but the opportunity to make a lasting and meaningful difference in other people’s lives while doing what I love is a dream.”
