Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage recently welcomed Realtor Marcia Biordi Brown to their Deerfield office and Realtor Julio Cruz to their Libertyville office

Brown, who has 24 years of real estate experience, is an expert in the North Shore and surrounding areas. Brown said she loves to work with clients and gives them all the VIP treatment. Previously working in marketing as well as doing freelance photography, Brown is known for her creative ingenuity in marketing.

Cruz is an expert residential real estate and working with military families in particular. He joins Coldwell Banker with five years of experience in real estate. Cruz said the brokerage’s “reputation and great agent mentors” influenced his decision to join.
