Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Names Kate Santo Reisinger Relocation Director

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage recently named Kate Santo Reisinger, CRP, the relocation director.

Formerly the operations manager for the Coldwell Banker Central Region Service Center, Reisinger will now leverage her extensive knowledge of the industry to spearhead the relocation efforts for Coldwell Banker, serving Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana and Michigan, with 48 offices and more than 3,400 independent sales associates.

In her previous role, Reisinger supported key markets, allowing her to gain experience that will guide her as she provides support to office managers and agents in various capacities, including a comprehensive training curriculum, in her new role. Additioanlly, Reisinger will work to establish high level strategies to meet and exceed company goals in performance and profitability.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Reisinger was Vice President and Director of Relocation Services at Prudential Rubloff and Director of Business Development at WHR Group – a Milwaukee-based relocation management company. She also sits on the Worldwide ERC Foundation Board of Directors, and is highly active in many other regional and national relocation organizations.

Reisinger is a lifelong Chicagoan and holds an Illinois real estate broker’s license, as well as the Worldwide ERC Certified Relocation Professional designation.
