Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has officially opened the doors of its Groves office, located at 4192 IL Route 83, which will service Buffalo Grove, Long Grove and the surrounding communities.

Redesigned with today’s real estate industry in mind, the newly built office houses over 70 sales associates. The office is constructed to handle large educational and networking sessions, as well as the small group and individual mentoring that Coldwell Banker is known for in the industry.

David Rose, a 40-year real estate veteran, and former managing broker of Coldwell Banker’s Barrington Office, will assume the role as managing broker of the Grove office.

“We couldn’t be more pleased to welcome David into his new role as manager of the Groves,” said Fran Broude, President and COO of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. “His collective experience in both sales and management, make him the ideal candidate for this position, and we look forward to the success and growth potential his leadership can bring to this company.”

Rose has been an active real estate agent for 30 years, ultimately selling over $200 million in residential sales and earning every individual sales achievement award in the industry. He is also a member of a variety of local and national organizations, including the National Association of Realtors and Barrington Chamber of Commerce.

Outside of real estate, Rose gives back to the community, as a supporter of the Special Olympics and a vice president/board of director’s member for the Little City Foundation in Palatine. Little City supports youth and adults who suffer from intellectual and developmental disabilities.
