Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage announced that Realtor Kelly Janowiak is now affiliated with their Park Ridge office.

Janowiak comes to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage with 14 successful years of real estate experience. A top-producing agent specializing in residential properties of the Northwest suburbs, Janowiak chose to affiliate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage because of the brand recognition.

Inez Valadez

Coldwell Banker also announced that Realtor Inez Valadez is now affiliated with their Flossmoor office.

Valadez comes to Coldwell Banker with five years of real estate experience and is fluent in Spanish. Specializing in first-time homebuyers in the South suburbs of Chicago, Valadez said she intends to use all of Coldwell Banker’s tools and resources to help her clients.
