Carrington Real Estate Continues to Expand Coverage Across U.S.

by Melinda Gray

Carrington Real Estate Services, a corporately owned and operated national brokerage, announced that it is once again expanding its coverage across the U.S. In response to growing demand in multiple key markets, the company has added offices in Arlington Heights, Illinois, Farmingville, New York and Stockbridge, Georgia, as well as appointed new local leadership in Chicago and Valencia, California.

The three new locations offer multiple branding opportunities and are led by Local Office Leaders Paul Ambrogio (Arlington Heights), Rachel Fernandez (Farmingville) and Dionne Fuller (Stockbridge). Lori Wyatt and Melanie Goocher have been named the local office leaders in Chicago and Valencia, respectively. Drawing from their extensive industry experience and local market expertise, these leaders will work toward driving growth in their respective regions, adding agents to meet increasing demand and providing agents with the professional guidance needed to ensure exceptional service.

“As Carrington further expands its business and geographic reach, we are attracting some of the best local leadership the industry has to offer, and creating tangible new opportunities for professionals to grow their careers in real estate– from first-time agents to more experienced individuals and teams looking for just the right brokerage to partner with,” said Wendy Forsythe, Carrington Executive Vice President and Head of Global Operations. “By remaining deeply invested in the continuous career development of our people and in empowering them to provide superior service within their respective markets, Carrington strengthens our commitment to both real estate sales professionals and the clients they serve.”
