Best Dressed : Ivona Kutermankiewicz

by Chicago Agent

Ivona Kutermankiewicz
Koenig & Strey

Ivona Kutermankiewicz has been representing luxury homes in Chicago since she entered the real estate profession in 1991. She has built an extensive resource network and is an expert in luxury condominiums, single family homes and new construction projects.

With her vast experience, intimate knowledge of the city neighborhoods, excellent follow-up and the support of an assistant, she caters to the most discriminating clients’ needs. Because she is conscientious about the particular lifestyles of her clients, she asks detailed questions to define her client’s objectives, then works diligently to fulfill them.

Kutermankiewicz has been recognized as a top-producing Realtor and is a certified luxury home marketing specialist, as well as a member of the Million Dollar Guild. She has received numerous awards for her achievements at Koenig & Strey Real Living and the Chicago Association of Realtors.

“When I was growing up in Poland, my sister and I begged, borrowed and stole to get used copies of French Vogue. I remember spray-painting shoes with silver radiator paint to be chic and making dresses from window curtains because lace dresses were ‘in.’ My colleagues smirk when I get another package from Gilt, and a Shoes Page-A-Day Calendar is on my Christmas gift list. I have shopped at Zara in five different countries and my Louboutin collection is my most prized asset. It’s fair to say that fashion is truly my passion!”

RUNNERS-UP:
Lauren Mitrick, Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty; Mindy Shea, @properties

I believe that realtors who are well dressed and look professional will always be taken more seriously and will make more money than those who choose not to. Too many agents look like slobs when showing homes.
Congratulations Ivona in making our industry look more professional.
