Kiyoko A. Binosi

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group, one of the area’s most notable brokerages, welcomed Kiyoko A. Binosi and Michael R. Maier, the sales team for the Trump Tower, as the newest additions to their 980 N. Michigan Avenue office sales team.

Rick Sobin, the location’s vice president and managing broker, said the group was excited to introduce the tandem, especially considering their recent successful sell-out of the Trump International Hotel and Tower. Together, Binosi and Maier managed the sale of nearly 490 residential condominiums and the majority of the building’s 339 hotel condominiums.

Michael R. Maier

Maier, who has worked in the industry for more than 20 years, joins BHHS Koenig Rubloff Realty Group with an extensive background in both sales and marketing, boasting lengthy tenures as vice president of sales and marketing at MCL Companies and a sales manager at Schrock Homes. In the past, he’s worked on a menagerie of successful projects, including ParkView Condominums, River East Center and Old Town Village East and West.

Binosi is a 30-year real estate veteran who previously worked with Rubloff Residential Properties, but left after nearly two decades with the group to join the sales team at Trump Tower.
