Chicago Agents' fourth annual Agents' Choice Awards survey winners were selected by our readers, who voted through an online poll.

Nominees were celebrated and winners were announced at a reception held at Smartrooms: A Spaces and Views Showroom in the Merchandise Mart on Nov. 3, 2009. Attendees included a representative from the three nominees in each category, and the winners were revealed for the first time at the event.
