What was your first job in the realty industry? I started out as support staff for a Realty Executives office.

Where did you grow up? The South Side of Chicago, by Midway Airport.

What is your favorite free-time activity? Reading and spending time with my family.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Chill in front of the TV.

Growing up, what did you want to be? A motorcycle mechanic or a pet store owner.

If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Brian Buffini. His story is one I feel this country has been founded upon, and he motivates me every time I hear him speak or listen to his CDs.

Where is your favorite place to hang out? At home.

What do you love most about the industry? I love helping people get to where they belong. Even if it is a temporary move, it is the next life step for them.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? My customer service and my patience with my clients and their needs.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Helping other professionals who are involved with the process to understand that we are all on the same team.

Where do you go to network and meet new clients? I meet new clients when I volunteer in my community, at church, at the schools or even out shopping.

What has been your greatest accomplishment? I think every transaction holds its own moment of victory, but I hope my best work is yet to come.

What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? Secretariat.

What is your favorite restaurant? Mama Luigi’s Restaurant in Bridgeview.
