Broker Associates
The Andre Property Group @properties

The Andre Property Group (APG) is a living demonstration of “strength in numbers.” The divergent backgrounds of its principle broker associates Stephanie Andre-Ouellette, Megan Hagans and Kelly Beverly have combined to create a synergistic whole.

The team, within @properties, was founded by Andre-Ouellette, who readjusted her focus to the retail side of the business after running a successful short sale company for five years. Andre-Ouellette’s husband, Gary, owner of development company GN Homes LLC, needed a Realtor team dedicated to finding and selling his gut rehabs and new construction projects. Because of the demand from GN Homes, additional investors and developers that sought the team’s expertise, and the referrals she was receiving from past clients, the Andre Property Group was born.

Andre-Ouellette was selective in choosing the members of her team, each with strengths that would help her growing business thrive. Hagans contributes an eye for interior design from studying at Harrington College of Design and working on several commercial design projects, such as the Bellini baby store in Lincoln Park. Beverly brings skills in risk assessment, pricing exposure and negotiation from her earlier career as an insurance underwriter.

APG is not only exceeding the expectations of its buyers and sellers, but is also growing the developer/investor side of the business. The group has exclusive access to pre-finish pocket gut rehab and new construction opportunities through the group’s developer relationships, and has been helping investors and developers acquire land, find and flip distressed properties and identify new construction opportunities.

Friendly, honest communication, attentiveness and persistence are the hallmarks of the trio’s working method. Their pooled talents serve clients on Chicago’s North and Northwest sides, the north and northwest suburbs and western suburbs.
