Trulia, Zillow and Realtor.com: Which Website Will Work For You?

c_v10i18In recent years, Zillow, Trulia and realtor.com have definitively emerged as the three largest online real estate syndication websites. Such aggregation portals comprise almost 30 percent of all non-mobile online real estate traffic, and potentially more, given certain data partnerships, which means properties listed on one of these services will also be listed on other databases.

There are distinct advantages and disadvantages from the perspectives of both the buyer and agent. Listing costs, analytical tools and back-end content management options vary by platform, and truly savvy agents should know which platform deserves their hard-earned marketing budget.

    This goes to show that bigger is not necessarily better when it comes to real estate marketing. It’s nice to know there is still a market for customers that want quality over quantity.
