What do you consider a “fashion don’t?” When people dress too young for their age!
What is your favorite piece of clothing and why? In the spring and summer, a nice pair of crisp white jeans or slacks. My favorite piece of clothing all year round is a tailored, starched white blouse. Both pieces are so versatile, you can wear either with anything and look polished and put together!
What do you consider a must-have accessory? Always wear a good quality pair of shoes or boots, and carry a nice handbag or briefcase. Especially in the Chicago winter, that’s your outfit other than your coat!
What is a fashion crime you have committed in the past? I have ended up in my workout clothes all day!
Where are your favorite places to shop? Sweet William in Hinsdale, J. Crew for staples, and T.J. Maxx and Nordstrom Rack, because I love finding a deal!
What, besides your clothing, completes your wardrobe? Usually a unique piece or pieces of jewelry that I find at a flea market or antique store, and always a confident attitude!
