Where did you grow up? Chicago, in the Ravenswood/Lincoln Square area

What has been your greatest accomplishment? In 2019 I was the top-producing agent in the office.

What’s your best advice for generating new leads? Follow up! Follow up! Your sphere of influence and past clients are the roots of your business.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? As a small business owner, I like to give back to the community and volunteer my time by feeding the less fortunate and being a role model for youth by coaching a baseball team.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? I can’t take no for an answer! I am a huge believer of “Where there’s a will, there’s a way.”

What’s your favorite meal in Chicago? Pizza, of course!

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Chicago? The Rookery Building

Growing up, what did you want to be? A lawyer

What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job? I walked into a vacant home, and there was a whole homeless family staying there. I would not say it was weird but heartbreaking.

What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about you? I am Mexican and Cuban.

In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry? Love what you do! Real estate has its beauty!
