The rankings are as follows: Adlai E. Stevenson High School in Lincolnshire nabbed the top spot, with the Illinois Mathematics & Science Academy in Aurora coming in at No. 2; then, Northside College Preparatory High School was No. 6, Whitney M. Young Magnet High School was No. 7 and Walter Payton College Prep was No. 9.
